Word of The Day: Melanistic

I learnt a new word today. Melanistic. If you don't know what melanistic is, it's a condition of melanism macha. And melanism is an undue development of dark coloured pigment in the skin or in other words, the opposite of albino.

I googled it for a while and guess what dude. Apparently the condition is more common than it seems. I mean, everyone knew about albinism but melanism, not so much bro. So, I found some of the most amazing melanistic animals. Enjoy.
